I came across your utube video while finding some isagenix info. I ordered the 30 day cleanse, and am wanting some firsthand info on how it felt. I am a HUGE junk food junkie (chocolate, pop…you name it). I am wondering how you found the program in terms of cravings. I have recently given up diet pop because of the aspertame…I have yet to give up regular coke. How long did it take to get results? If the cleanse works great, what maintenance products do you use?
I know this is a mixed bag of questions, but I have tried a lot of things before, so am nervous about failing on the products.
